21st August 2019 I am writing this letter to compliment and to express my sincere thanks to Karen Bohn, who has served my Husband and I very well with her patience and professional attitude during our renovation period. She is very professional in interior design. Especially her Creative design for my master bathroom, makes the odd shape of bathroom look like star hotel bathroom. Not only were his designs beautifully drawn to our satisfaction, Karen listened to our requirement and modify her design to meet our need. As a director, Karen handled a few customers at same time, however she still was able to response to our queries quickly. She has indeed met all our expectations as a creative designer as well as a very responsible designer cum contractor.
